Determined. I chose determined becaused Abel is determined to get his wife's scarf. He has put his life in danger because he ran out into the rain to get it. You might also call him dumb to do something like that, which is dumb-witted, I'll admit, but he won't let that scarf get away.
ReplyDeleteI think Abel is stuburn,determined,smart and nice. I think the word that describes Abel best is smart. I chose smart because in chapters 3 and 4 he found food to eat and made a sailboat.
ReplyDeleteSmart,funny,handy,he was handy and smart when he made a small boat out of scratch would to try and drift back to mainland and find his wife but his boat sunk to Davy Jones locker and he had to swim back.
ReplyDeleteThe best word to discibe Able is sturdy because he goes though alot and still keeps going.Even when he misses his wife dearly he keeps on working and trying to get back home.
ReplyDeleteThe best word to describe Abel is caring because a man would'nt jump out in a storm getting something for his wife, but Abel did.He's also caring because he brought his wife a flower from the field on their picnic.
ReplyDeleteHard worker! When he was on that island alone with no one there to help he had to build stuff on his own! He didn't care if he had to stay for a few more days. He wanted to see his wife badly but he is still hanging in there! He is always inventing something to get him across the island!
ReplyDeleteIf I were to see Able, I would call him courages. If he will build a boat just to get back to his wife, he is! I hope he sees her soon. I think he is very tender hearted.
ReplyDeleteThinker. Abel is a thinker. Why you ask? He never gave up on his ideas. He always invents something new to get him home. His wife is probably wailing at home.
ReplyDeleteThinker,hardworker,loves his wife ,willing to try ,smart and doesn't give up for anything because he's using the love of his wife to get back to her obviously he because he loves her alot and wants to get back home.
ReplyDeleteI think he's determined.I don't think anybody would go through so much trouble just to get home and se his wife. He also built a boat, hanglider and different signals. I also think he's courages. He's smart too.
ReplyDeleteHe is a hard worker.Able keeps doing his best.He wants to get of the island so he is always making something.I would call him recourcfull because he uses every thing he has.

ReplyDeleteI would say ether dumb or brave maybe smart.I think he's kind of dumb because he went after his wifes scarf. He could have bought her another one.He is also brave because he did all he could to go back homa to see his wife.Nom if that isn't brave than i don't know what is. He is smart because he thought of all of thoughs neet ways to cross the river.Also he is very creative. I would never have thought of a hang glider.
